Included are those organisations that provide support to the build up South Africa's marginalised communities affected by discrimination, injustice and poverty, and organisations that work towards addressing societal imbalances through the implementation of practical social initiatives to empower communities.
Women and children
Organisations that uphold the rights and defend the welfare of women and children within South Africa’s society, including those organisations that provide assistance and support to women and children affected by poverty, violence and discrimination.
Health hub
The health hub includes organisations that work in the healthcare sector, or those that support and promote the mental and physical wellbeing of people living with disability, addiction, or the lack of access to adequate health care, facilities and structures.
Pets and wildlife
This includes organisations that are committed to the protection, comfort and welfare of domestic animals, as well as those organisations that foster awareness of South Africa’s wildlife to ensure its protection and conservation.
Youth
Projects, programmes and initiatives that develop and nurture South Africa’s youth through education and prevention programmes, the provision of goods and services, as well as ensuring emotional and physical support, and providing places of safety.
Education
Organisations that provide education and training opportunities for those who cannot access traditional avenues of education, as well as those organisations that provide educational services and infrastructure for disadvantaged children and adults.

Recognising that all communities require healthy and functional interpersonal relationships in order to function optimally, these organisations seek to develop and nurture families and relationships to ensure the wellbeing of South Africa’s society.
HIV/Aids
Organisations committed to empowering those affected by HIV and AIDS through the development of education and awareness campaigns, the implementation of innovative and practical care programmes, and the building of networks to deliver collaborative community solutions and support.
